Rented a EF Himalayan 450 bc from them for 5 week an drove from Delhi to Bangalore on the bike. A very good experience. I had no problem with the bike and the whole transfer of the bike from Bangalore back to Delhi when smooth the team handle it all - my only tasks were to deliver the bike to carrier and take some pictures....... The hands over also went smooth the side back (pannies) got a few scratch (people in India doesn't know how to keep distance), and some other stuff but the guys look at it and were "it should be no problems - nothing is broken". So paying a little higher daily renting fee is definitely worth it if you want to be sure that you are treated well. So if you want a good company with a good reputation I can warmly recommend Stoneheadbikes....... ~ Patrick J

great place, great bikes and great people.. i have looked at many websites and contacted lots of bike shops before choosing stonehead bikes. the staff was very helpful before i made the reservation, offering help with choosing the right bike, suggesting routes and much more. i rented a ktm bike, an unusual choice, and it was a great bike, brand new, well maintained and easy to operate. everyone at the shop were very helpful- from offering drinks, food, assistance in whatever needed. iv'e enjoyed the bike so much that i repeatedly extended the rental (sometimes in the very last minute). i must say they were very flexible and helpful with the return dates. the price was well worth it and i'll recommend my friends to rent from them. thank you guys for making this trip so amazing! ~ ben y

Its been one of our best experience dealing with Stoneheadbikes. Our requirement for the Bike was on a very short notice, however Mr Prabhu arranged the Bike that we wanted within a days time. Later Mr Bhopal helped us with the Delivery of the Bike and Spare Kit that we might need on the travel. Installation of the accessories that we wanted for the Bike was also done in Quick time. The best experience that we had was with the Bike, a superb condition Bike. We had taken 500 cc Std Bullet and it gave us ZERO trouble in our 10 Days ride through the toughest terrain in LEH. We did interact with the owner of Stoneheadbikes and he seems to be very customer friendly and a positive person. At the end of the trip I can say that it has been a great experience. I do recommend the company to anyone who's planning to travel around India, starting from Delhi. We had 4 bikes and we went up to Spiti Valley from Delhi. Despite, adverse weather and roads, all our four RE Himalayan performed well. The motorbike tour went smooth and we got good support from StoneHead when needed. Price is probably not the lowest of India but definitely not too much; it is worth the service provided. The Staff has been kind accommodating our preferences, for instance for picking up and giving bikes back. Additionally, all admin/payment processes are all well maintained/tracked. ~ gasgas 2

Absolutely amazing trip, coordinated by Khomen at Stoneheadbikes. we travelled 2600 KM's in 13 days from Delhi-Manali-Leh-Srinagar-Leh. Thank you very much Khomen for organising the trip and hotels. Everything was co-ordinated to the last detail. A trip to remember. The scenery was out of this world, really different experience on a bike, which I would highly recommend. I was very worried as it was my first trip on a bike, I must say I was very comfortable and loved the experience. All the accommodation was booked by Stoneheadbikes, the hotels were good and comfortable. I have rented RE Electra 350 with Mr Zubair Saifi. This was my first experience renting any bike. It was awesome. Mr zubair saifi helped me everyway possible, right from selection of right dates till making me aware of all rules. Bike was in excellent condition and had no issues in riding it. He also gave me a complementary helmet. Overall a very good approach and super humble behavior. Very kindly towards my needs and genuine guy. Excellent service, Very much professional, offers range of bikes with nominal rates. We rented 2 Himalayan with ABS & as promised by Stoneheads the machines were really good, well maintained & had no issues during my ride to difficult terrain KEDARNATH. Booking personall as well as delivery riders who did paperwork have provided apt information & delivered the promised services. Initially we were very much skeptical about Bikes renting from Delhi as lot of people given negative feedback but Stoneheads thanks for proving them wrong. Awesome bikes and honest team! Hired 9 Himalayan 411 cc for our Spiti winter trip and except few running repairs, all went well and hassle free. One of our friend met an accident while coming back and bike got few major damages including tank, exhaust, handlebar, front shockers and rim. Surprisingly stoneheadbikes team arranged the free road side assistance and transported the bike to nearest service centre. Also as the bike was insured they only charged us file charges approx 1200 INR and even did not take anything for idle days which is definitely a loss for any rental company considering our situations and it wasn't our fault. We saved almost 65000 INR! Feeling so glad to make new friends at Stoneheadbikes. They also arranged midnight dropping of the bikes as we had early morning flight. At the time of handover, they mentioned that even though I hadn’t opted for roadside assistance, they were just a call away if I needed help. I had an accident near Pushkar because of a reckless biker. Locals gathered around, but I was in pain and didn’t know who to call for help. I reached out to the Stoneheadbikes Delhi store manager, who asked me to share my location and hand the phone to someone nearby. I’m not sure what he did, but within 30 minutes, a guy with a car arrived, helped me, and took me to the hospital. Since I couldn’t ride my bike back to Delhi, they picked it up, booked a cab for me, but no one called to check on the bike or its damages. When I arrived at the hotel, the manager himself came to me, and when I asked about the cost, he said, “Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it.” I can’t express everything here, but these people are true gems, and words can't do justice. If you are looking at renting an reliable motorcycle (especially a Royal Enfield), this is the place. They do have a lot of Royal Enfield models but I have decided to hire the latest Himalayan 411 CC! Bike performed very well during my 13 days trip to Ladakh. Always go for comprehensive insurance and bring your own helmet. I prefer google maps instead of a gps on my mobile. They have a huge selection of riding gears available! I bought a few t shirts, bandanas and scarfs. A must visit if you are a biker! I'm thankful to Bhopal Singh for the show around and detailed explanation of the rental and documentation. If you are looking for a hassle free trip and complete satisfaction, go for this company! You won't regret it! After speaking to many companies like wheelstreet, rentmojo, Tony, etc ...I have decided to rent the bike from stoneheadbikes due to their reputation and reviews posted by many riders all over the internet. They are not the cheapest but they know their clients requirements and how to fulfill them satisfactory. Hired old standard model at 700 rs for almost 20 days and I must say bike was in excellent condition and stoneheadbikes customer support was awesome. Got my security deposit in full without deduction! But one thing you should remember before hiring from them that they are very strict about their policies but it worked very well for me as I followed everything by book reg. daily maintainence and all. We rented two Goans for a 16 day roundtrip. They were in excellent condition with only 3000 resp. 5000 km on the clock. They were even used as a prop by a bridal couple in Jaipur. The pickup and dropoff procedure could'nt have been smoother, the guys were extremely kind, they led us to the next petrol station and showed us how to pump and refill air and even offered us to lead us to our hotel. During our trip they sent us detailed information about must see locations along the way. We received the refund for the deposit within 48 hours. Fantastic experience with Stonehead bikes. The procedures were simple and straight forward. The staffs were very cordial and friendly. The mechanics made sure the bike is in good condition before delivery and fixed the minor issues found. The person dealt with me was Mr. Prabhu, a very friendly guy. Decided to rent a bike on a Sunday and had no problem with the reservation. Had it for 5 days which allowed for a very comfortable Uttarakhand trip. About the bike, there is not much to be said, Royal Enfield Himalayan less than a year old completely new man what an experience. I will definitely choose them again, thank you for the 5 star service. P.S: Try to book with mechanical warranty and roadside assistance for a hassle free trip. I came across Stonehead bikes during a google search to rent a bike in Delhi NCR, and choose them after looking at few other rental agencies as they seemed most experienced, professional in service and support. I hired a RE Thunderbird 500, which I rode to Agra and back. The bike was excellent and journey was trouble free and I enjoyed the cruiser experience. Besides the bike the whole process of handing over and return of the bike was handled very smoothly and professionally. I rented a Hero Xpulse for a 9-day Spiti Valley trip. The rental price was lower than other agencies and included a mechanical warranty and roadside assistance. The team even provided mechanical support in Kaza for my friend's bike, which had clutch plate issues. Besides a few minor repairs, everything went smoothly, and I had a memorable trip. I didn't have my cheque, so they accepted my Aadhaar as a security document, which was returned when I came back. My deposit was refunded after 6 days since they hold it for any challans. It's one of the best bike rental company in Delhi. You can take bike for a day or for longer trips. They offer the best quality bikes n all around mechanic service even on calls. They really care for there customers. You can go there by getting down to Karkardooma Metro Station and paying ₹30 for jhilmil colony. Get down at Bikaner sweets and you will find there's a way inside opposite to Bikaner sweets ... Go in n you will find your destination there. Had a awesome experience with these guys especially Khomen and Harry! Bike performed very well during our 6 days trip to Manali. No issues at all. Return was also smooth and refund was done instantly. Reached almost midnight due to our wrong planning and as had a early morning flight, Khomen himself came to workshop to receive the bike even gave us a lift to our hotel. Had a very good experience with stoneheads. I had hired RE Meteor and it was very new and in good condition. The people let you know basic maintenance tips before taking the bike which is very helpful. The process to hire the bike is a bit elaborate which is again very professional and required in India. Only if they could keep the shop in the main road it would be easy to locate, the google map location is exact though. They are very responsive when we ping them in whatsapp. Again very happy to have chosen stone heads 😊 ~ Anubhab M

Couldn't recommend them more highly. I rented a Royal Enfield Himalayan with RSA and mechanical warrantyfor 4 days for a trip to Manali. They were around 400 rs expensive than others but it was completely worth. Khomendra was good, communicated clearly, and the bike was in great condition. He obviously has a passion for riding and knows the challenges one can face during their rides. Helped me with the accommodation, itinerary planning and even provided numbers for local mechanics in case of any breakdown. Would definitely hire with them again ~ Mohammad S
